Painting Rectangles

You are given $N$ non-intersecting and non-touching rectangles in the $X-Y$ plane. Initially, every rectangle on the plane has red coloured boundaries. You are given $Q$ updates, each of which can be of the following types : - $1$ $i$ $c$ - Update the boundary colour of the $i^{th}$ rectangle and **all** rectangles inside it to colour $c$. Note that $c \in \{0, 1\}$ where $c = 0$ means colour red
