Hello world its Alan, I really love playing around with bits one day while solving a problem I was wondering what is the minimum value of $N$ such that, if I add up the number of bits set to 1 of all the numbers from 1 to $N$ , I get the sum of $X$ or more. But I am busy right now so can you help me in finding this $N$. Remember I want to know the value of $N$ for many different values of $X$ so
