Problem description. There are $N$ independent islands somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean . Initially there were no bridges between islands , so the President gave order to build some bridges in the passage of time so that people can go from one island to another using those bridges. There are $M$ islands which have a toffee shop . Cost of a toffee is different in different island . Chef is curious
