Two brothers Mike and Otis is buying Lottery ticket from a Lottery shop. Both of them choose their favourite digit between $0$ to $9$ inclusive, say $A$ and $B$. They will buy a ticket from the shop which contains their favourite digit and is minimum. Lets say Mike choose $9$ as his favourite digit and Otis choose $1$ as his favourite digit , So they will buy the ticket with number $19$ on it.
