Arithmetic expression

Consider an arithmetic expression with positive integers and operators ${[+,-]}$. Two friends are playing a game such that one friend challenges other to find the difference between the maximum value of arithmetic expression and the minimum value of arithmetic expression i.e. $(Maximum Value - Minimum Value)$. The expression can be paranthesized in a number of ways resulting in different values.
