Count It Up

Aron and Bidhin are playing a counting game. The game is such that turn wise each should count up to a number $N$, where during one's turn he should count **at least 1 and at most 3 numbers**. The one who counts $N$ loses the game. Suppose if Aron started the game and counted $ [1,2] $ Bidhin can count $[3]$ or $[3,4]$ or $[3,4,5]$. And if Bidhin counted $[3,4,5]$ Aron can count $[6]$ or $[6,7
