Pokemon being of several types are obsessed with different numbers. Among all,Pikachu, has this obsession with the number 9. (Because when Pikachu gets a 9, he evolves to Raichu and becomes more powerful!). One day, Pikachu finds an N digit number in Pokeland. An idea strikes him, and he wonders if that number is an Evolution number and if yes then how many N-digit Evolution numbers are possible.
