Interesting Triplets

Gaurav’s math teacher has challenged him to find any three numbers $X$, $Y$ and $Z$ such that $X$ $≤$ $Y$ $≤$ $Z$ and the product of the triplet should be less than or equal to a given number $N$. Gaurav finds this pretty easy to solve, but he is now stuck in the second part of this problem in which he has to find the number of such triplets mentioned above whose product is less than or equal to $
