Code Decode

In an army, a coded message is sent to the team containing the exact co-ordinate of the enemy so as to capture the target by firing the missile. The code is written in an alphabetical format and is to be converted into a numeric format. For all the small letter alphabets, only the first two digits of it's ASCII value are considered where for capital letters the complete ASCII value is considered.
